  Juan from Sereno Fencing was a nice guy, and he took the time to come out and assess our needs for the fencing and gates in both our front and back yards. He asked for my email address to send over some pictures and an estimate, but I haven't heard back from him since. I followed up a couple of times to check on the progress, and frankly, I’m pretty disappointed. We were looking for multiple estimates to compare, and while his initial visit was professional, we haven’t received a follow-up, which is frustrating given we were hoping for a top-rated service. report abuse

  “I was incredibly impressed with this company’s speed and professionalism. They provided an estimate on Friday, March 2nd, and had the new gate, complete with the cement columns, fully installed and ready by Sunday, March 4th. The workers were fantastic – really polite and worked incredibly hard. They did everything they promised, even taking down our old, outdated gate.   I was really impressed with Juan at Sereno Fence. He was incredibly honest and straightforward – he quickly diagnosed the issue with my fence and offered a couple of solutions, explaining that he could return Monday to fix it, or I could tackle it myself with parts from a hardware store. What really stood out was that he walked me through the whole process, offering his expertise without charging a single penny.   “I placed an order for an RV gate replacement, and I understand they’re experiencing a backlog – I wasn’t in a huge hurry, but it was frustrating that I hadn’t received a quote after three days. I was promised a quote twice, only to be told nothing had arrived. I’ve spent a lot of time following up with them through calls and texts, even sending pictures, but still haven't gotten a response. Honestly, the lack of communication is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend using this company.” report abuse

  “Sereno Custom Fence and Gates did a really great job installing the new rolling RV gate for us. They started the work on Sunday and finished it up on Monday – super efficient! They built the entire gate right there on our property, and they were really careful to keep our dogs safe and contained while they were working.   “I was so impressed with this team! They really stepped up and tackled our fencing and privacy issue when no one else would. Juan was fantastic – he came up with a brilliant, creative solution and then delivered it incredibly quickly, within just a few hours of us making a decision.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment through their website and received an email confirming they’d be in touch, but I never heard back. I tried scheduling a simple phone call through the website, and again, just got an email promising a follow-up that never happened. It seems like they’re advertising their services without actually responding to inquiries – a really frustrating situation. report abuse
