  Overall, Adams Fence LLC did a fantastic job with our backyard fence project – the brick fence, gates, and front yard iron fence look absolutely beautiful. The team was incredibly pleasant and professional, and we really appreciated how quickly and effectively the manager addressed any concerns we had. We did encounter a slight hiccup with the city permits, which stemmed from some communication challenges, so a little follow-up with updated policy procedures would be beneficial. We’ve already received several lovely compliments from our neighbors, which is a real testament to their work. report abuse

  I was incredibly frustrated with one of your drivers’ behavior. I honked because he aggressively cut me off, and instead of handling the situation calmly, he escalated it by yelling at me and my family while blocking traffic. It seemed he felt it was okay to just merge without allowing me to adjust my speed, and then proceeded to argue with me. When I asked for the company’s contact information, he sped off. I’ve tried to reach out to management to discuss this, but haven’t received a response yet, which is really disappointing. I hope you can address this with your drivers to ensure they understand proper road etiquette and how to handle difficult situations professionally. report abuse

  “Overall, the work they did installing the split 14’ RV gate and the pedestrian walk-through gate was fantastic, and I was really pleased with the quality of their installation. However, I did request a quote and measurement for another gate, but I never received them.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with their service. They initially scheduled a visit to provide an estimate for my patio fence, but then they never showed up. Worse than that, they didn’t let me know they were canceling – I waited and waited, and only found out after calling them late.   I was really disappointed with this company. I scheduled an appointment for them to come and provide a quote for a gate, and they completely failed to show up on the day they promised – 9am the next morning. Worse yet, I didn't receive any communication letting me know they wouldn't be coming. This lack of communication and no-show is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on their customer service.
