  David, the CFO, initially seemed responsive when I contacted him about needing this work done quickly. He visited the next day, assured me it was straightforward, but then completely disappeared. He stopped responding to my calls and emails after saying he was waiting for supplier information, and never gave me an update. Honestly, if he couldn't handle the job, he should have just been upfront and let me know. The complete lack of communication is a really concerning sign and suggests a significant lack of professionalism. Considering their higher prices compared to other companies, I wouldn't recommend using their services – you’ll likely just end up wasting your time. report abuse

  “We had several fencing companies quote us on the project, and while Fence AZ wasn’t the cheapest option, they seemed to have the experience we were looking for. Unfortunately, our experience with them was incredibly disappointing. After receiving the initial quote, the CFO was completely unresponsive, and they ultimately didn’t show up for the scheduled installation – not even to let us know they wouldn’t be coming. We had to chase them for days via phone and email to reschedule, and they still didn’t show. To add to the frustration, the CFO cancelled the job entirely the day of the installation! Considering we’d been waiting months to get on their calendar, it was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would strongly advise against hiring Fence AZ – it’s been very difficult to work with them.” report abuse

  “We were so pleased with Fence AZ – they completely exceeded our expectations when building our new 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were incredibly professional, finished the job on time, and did a fantastic job covering the top with chain-link without needing center poles.
