  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience we had with KR Flooring. We hired them based on a recommendation from a Facebook friend, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. From the start, they overpromised and failed to deliver. They claimed to have soundproof wood floors and assured us the project would be seamless, but it took over two months to finish, and they were consistently unresponsive – it took them at least three days to reply to emails or calls. What was truly shocking was that they didn’t even have us on their schedule, frequently showing up hours late, and they completely disregarded our needs, even going so far as to leave us with a tripping hazard at the top of our stairs. It was a stressful and frustrating experience, especially because my daughter, I, and my elderly father-in-law sustained injuries while they were working on the project. It’s clear the owner operates under a completely unrealistic perspective, and I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to steer clear – KR Flooring is an absolute joke. report abuse

  Overall, our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The salesman was very pushy and ultimately misled us about the furniture delivery, which led to us cancelling our contract. What really concerned us, though, was their complete lack of follow-through. Despite having a written agreement, they couldn’t even honor that. The office staff were also unhelpful – they refused to return our deposit directly to our credit card and offered a ridiculous explanation about the cost involved. It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional, and we certainly wouldn't recommend this company. report abuse
