Richard was an absolute lifesaver – he really helped us narrow down our options based on the size we needed, and then gave us fantastic recommendations for grout and Schluter strips, which we’d never even heard of! It was clear he had a professional background in tile installation, and we really appreciated his knowledge and ability to steer us away from potential problems.   Maddie at Floor & Decor was absolutely fantastic! I was remodeling my bathroom and she went above and beyond to help me find the right tile. She was incredibly patient and helpful, walking me through the options multiple times.   I just wanted to leave a glowing review for Floor & Decor – seriously, Tim was a lifesaver! I was in a huge pinch needing tile, grout, and trim for a remodel with only 24 hours to get it done, and Tim just happened to be there and completely took the stress out of the situation. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and he really made us feel valued, even as we were leaving right before closing. I can’t thank him enough for his help! The whole team was fantastic too, working hard to get our order ready and loading everything up.
