I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I placed my order on May 6th, 2023, and didn’t receive any tracking information, forcing me to contact the company for updates. When I finally received my order on May 16th, it was completely wrong – 212 tiles were the coin pattern instead of the diamond pattern I’d ordered. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare; it took nearly a week to get in touch with someone, and they were unhelpful in resolving the issue, insisting I provide shipping confirmation for the incorrect items *before* they’d send the correct order. It felt incredibly backwards. Then, after a further correction on May 31st, I received what was supposed to be a new shipment, but all the boxes were already opened and three of the four boxes contained defective tiles with black specks. It’s clear these were returned before, and I’m now facing another lengthy wait for customer service to address this. Honestly, the whole process has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m worried about how long it will take to finally receive the correct product – order #4774744 and #4800790.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this purchase. My order arrived damaged over a week ago, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. To make matters worse, they sent a replacement set that was also damaged and dirty, and the driver just left it on my driveway without even asking if I wanted to accept it – it was completely unprofessional. I’ve repeatedly requested a refund and to have the damaged product returned, but I’m just frustrated that I haven’t gotten my money back yet, especially since I ordered this as a Christmas present so early. Seriously considering warning others about buying from this company.

The website initially gave me a delivery window that’s long since passed, and I haven’t received any updates since placing my order and paying. After a frustrating hour on the phone, I was finally promised shipment for tomorrow, but they also admitted they were missing another part of my order and couldn’t even locate the shipping number. While the customer service representative I spoke with was helpful, it was clear they were dealing with a poorly run company. I’d definitely recommend exploring other flooring suppliers – there are better options out there. The flooring itself arrived well-packaged and met my expectations, earning it a 3-star rating. However, I’m now facing a new issue: the t-square hasn’t shipped despite supposedly being sent, and the FedEx tracking shows only a label was created. I’ll need to call customer service again to sort this out.

Thankfully, they were able to locate a similar floor, and because they didn’t have my original choice, they also offered a discount on the product I eventually purchased.”
