  Honestly, finding the right flooring for my whole house was a huge process – I visited quite a few different places, from high-end showrooms to wholesalers. But ultimately, I couldn’t be happier with my choice and European Design. Their showroom was fantastic, with so many samples laid out beautifully, and it really gave me a great sense of their quality. Andrea, the salesperson, was just incredible. She was by far the most knowledgeable person I spoke with, and she went above and beyond, knowing everything about their inventory and the installation process. She was so patient, sending me tons of samples to take home. What really sealed the deal was when I’d narrowed down my selection, the owner, Marin, personally delivered a carton of the flooring to my house to make sure I was completely satisfied. And the price was unbelievably competitive – they even included things like furniture moving and carpet removal, which was a huge bonus. The installation crew was fantastic too – incredibly efficient, hardworking, and remarkably neat. Marin even checked in on the progress every day to ensure I was happy. I'm a pretty particular person, and they didn’t miss a beat. It was a massive undertaking, but European Design completely exceeded my expectations. If I ever do another renovation, they’re the first company I’d call. report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with European Design Flooring. John was fantastic – he really helped me find the perfect carpet and there were so many great choices available. Plus, they were incredibly efficient with the installation and got everything done exactly as I needed it to be. The carpet looks fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend them. report abuse

  Overall, European Design did a fantastic job transforming our floors and painting our interior! From the very beginning, working with Jonas in the showroom was a pleasure. He was incredibly patient and really helped us narrow down our options between wood, wood-look tiles, and vinyl – we truly appreciated his expertise. Once we’d made our decision, Marin took over the estimation and installation, and she was fantastic. She kept us updated constantly, checking in almost daily to show us the progress and we always felt completely informed. The tile crew was particularly great too, explaining everything they were doing and making us feel really comfortable with their work. Marin also expertly coordinated with the painting team to ensure the carpet was installed after the interior was finished. We had a few questions after the job was done, and Marin was always quick to respond and address them. Ultimately, the results are beautiful, and we’re thrilled with the finished product! report abuse

  Overall, European Design Flooring did a fantastic job on this project for my client. John Man was a pleasure to work with – he was incredibly responsive, provided a clear and competitive estimate, and kept me updated on every stage of the work. The quality of the installation, both on the stairs and in the kitchen with the new countertops and backsplash, was exceptional, and the finished result looks absolutely amazing!   We were absolutely thrilled with the work European Design did on our floors! They completely transformed our kitchen, dining area, great room, and stairs, and the result is fantastic – the floors look better than ever. They expertly addressed a few minor dents and rough spots, refinishing them beautifully. From start to finish, their professional approach and skilled workmanship were outstanding.   I absolutely loved the hardwood floors European Design Flooring installed in my home – they’re still looking fantastic after seven years!
