  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The flooring team was fantastic – Devon was incredibly professional and always quick to respond to my questions. They actually finished the job in just four days, which was much faster than the initial 5-7 day estimate.   JC was prompt and gave a clear, reasonable estimate, which was helpful. However, I was a little disappointed with his service. He didn’t have any flooring samples with him initially, but promised to bring some later, and then seemed hesitant to do so until I pushed. When he finally did bring samples, they were quite limited and he didn't offer much explanation about the different installation options. Also, his approach felt a bit abrupt, and he insisted on taking a significant upfront payment plus a credit card fee. Ultimately, I decided to go with another company who was more thorough and provided a much more detailed explanation of the process. report abuse
