Marissa is a truly valuable asset – she’s incredibly knowledgeable about Nextgen and always responds to my questions promptly.

It’s a really well-constructed house, and I was impressed with how well-insulated it is – you definitely don’t hear any road noise inside. However, the high ceilings were a bit too much for my taste; I personally prefer the feel of older homes with shorter ceilings.
