“I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. I was assured many issues would be resolved before the work was completed, but nothing was actually fixed. Now, three months later, we’re still battling the warranty department with no luck. We’ve even discovered visible seams on the upgraded carpet that are starting to show.”
-
“I can’t recommend Tripoint or working with anyone from Waterson. Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve had in all my years in real estate. The customer service was completely lacking, and I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase in that area to seriously reconsider their options and explore other builders.”
-
“The warranty process has been incredibly frustrating. It seems like tickets are being prematurely closed and then reopened unnecessarily, which feels like they’re trying to artificially extend the work order times. That’s concerning and raises some ethical questions.”
-
“We were really disappointed with the quality of construction at Eastmark. Shortly after moving in, we quickly noticed a lot of issues that needed to be addressed.”
-
“We absolutely loved our new home at The Meadows! From the moment we moved in, we were incredibly impressed with the quality – it’s truly a fantastic property, both inside and out. As experienced homebuyers, we’ve seen a lot, but the sales and construction team were exceptional – the most professional we’ve encountered.”
-
“We were absolutely thrilled with Maracay Homes – they did an amazing job building our condo! They were incredibly organized and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, always answering our questions promptly. It’s clear they really paid attention to every detail in their project plan.”
-
“Honestly, the whole experience of building our home in Maracay has been incredibly frustrating. From the start, the design process felt incredibly rushed, and they seemed very inflexible – it felt like they wanted us to make all the decisions within a very short timeframe, and any changes after that were met with a lot of resistance.”
-
“Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had buying a home. As a repeat buyer – this was my third – I really had high hopes, but Maracay’s design completely let us down. The garage is simply unusable; we can’t even get a car in there.”
-
“I had a really positive experience with Tri Point Homes. They build quality homes and the team working on them is fantastic – they’re clearly very focused on safety, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I’d absolutely recommend them.”
-
“I was incredibly happy with the initial walk-in shower installation – it was exactly what I wanted. Because of that, I ended up adding several upgrades to the shower in my second home. However, the second installation was shockingly poor, and frankly, a complete disaster. To make matters worse, the warranty representative acknowledged the problems but refused to even send a contractor to fix them. It was a really disappointing and frustrating experience.”
