  “I was incredibly happy with the initial walk-in shower installation – it was exactly what I wanted. Because of that, I ended up adding several upgrades to the shower in my second home. However, the second installation was shockingly poor, and frankly, a complete disaster. To make matters worse, the warranty representative acknowledged the problems but refused to even send a contractor to fix them. It was a really disappointing and frustrating experience.” report abuse
