  I was really thrilled with the first walk-in shower installation – it was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the second one was a complete disaster, and I was incredibly frustrated that they wouldn’t even send someone to fix the problems, despite the warranty. It felt really unprofessional and disappointing. report abuse
