Terry was a truly fantastic representative – incredibly helpful and patient throughout our meeting. We’re so pleased with our decision to choose Shea Homes; they’re clearly the best in the valley, and we really appreciate Terry’s support.

Honestly, I’d really steer clear of Shea Homes in that area. My neighbors have had a ton of persistent problems with their homes, and it seems like they don’t really stand behind their work. There are plenty of other really solid builders – Cal Atlantic, Fulton, Mulberry – that my neighbors have used with no major issues.

“We were really excited about the possibility of buying a Shea home and visited the sales office in San Tan Valley. We filled out the questionnaire as requested, noting our realtor’s information. However, when we returned with our realtor, Shea refused to involve her in the transaction, which was a really disappointing turn of events.”
