  “I’m really disappointed with Brown Homes’ response to the flooding in my backyard. It’s only been a year since the house was built, and they’re refusing to address the issue, claiming I’m in violation of the city’s drainage requirements. Despite having the area measured, we still experience significant water accumulation after every rainfall, essentially creating a pond in my yard.” report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with the whole process. I’d signed a contract with Brown Homes back in November 2020, but they unexpectedly canceled my contract in May 2021. It wasn’t until I contacted my attorney that they finally took action and applied for the necessary building permits to actually start construction.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. I signed the contract back in December of 2020, and frankly, they didn’t do much work on my house at all. It was a shock when I received a call in May to be told they wouldn’t be building it. Now I’m hearing from other people who bought homes in the same development that they’ve had similar issues, which raises serious concerns.” report abuse

  “I’ve been living at Heritage Point for almost a year now, and honestly, I’m really disappointed. For the price, the quality of the work is significantly lacking. There were some serious issues upon moving in, like the HVAC system was wired incorrectly, stucco was left in the air vents, and the heater wasn’t even connected. Plus, the landscaping in the front yard is still incomplete.” report abuse
