  “I’m really disappointed with Brown Homes’ response to this issue. They’ve built my house just over a year ago and now they’re refusing to address a significant drainage problem in my backyard. They insist that the current drainage meets the city’s requirements, but every time it rains, my yard turns into a full-blown lake. It wasn’t until I contacted my attorney was Brown Homes even willing to start the process of getting a building permit.   “I was really disappointed with the experience. I signed the contract back in December of 2020, but they essentially did very little work on my house.   Brian has been fantastic throughout the entire new home process. He’s incredibly cordial and consistently goes above and beyond to address every concern we’ve had.   “Living at Heritage Point has been pretty disappointing. Honestly, it feels like we’ve overpaid for the quality of the place. We’ve run into a lot of issues since we moved in almost a year ago – the HVAC system was wired incorrectly, there was stucco left inside the air vents, and the heater wasn’t even connected. Plus, the landscaping in our front yard is still unfinished.” report abuse

  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Brown Homes. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly and made the whole process really smooth and easy. I was particularly impressed with the quality of their work, and I especially loved having the RV garage – a fantastic feature that all builders should consider!
