“I’m really disappointed with Brown Homes’ response to this issue. They’ve built my house just over a year ago and now they’re refusing to address a significant drainage problem in my backyard. They insist that the current drainage meets the city’s requirements, but every time it rains, my yard turns into a full-blown lake. We had it professionally measured, and the problem persists.”

“I was really frustrated with the whole process. I had ordered my home back in November 2020, and then in May 2021, I received a cancellation notice. It wasn’t until I contacted my attorney was Brown Homes even willing to start the process of getting a building permit. It felt like they were dragging their feet, and I had to push them to take action.”

“My daughter and her husband bought a new build home from Brown Homes about 17 months ago. They were aware that there were some initial delays due to supply chain and labor problems, which they understood was a temporary issue.”
-
“We’ve been really pleased with the Brown team throughout the process of building our home. While we, like many others, faced some frustrating delays during construction, we appreciated their responsiveness and the overall professionalism we experienced.”

“I was really disappointed with the experience. I signed the contract back in December of 2020, but they essentially did very little work on my house. It was concerning when I received a call in May to be told they wouldn't be building my home, and now I’m hearing similar stories from other people who bought in the same development – it sounds like a serious issue.”

“Brown Homes really made the whole process of buying our first home a fantastic experience. The sales staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and they went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!”

“As a real estate broker here in Phoenix, I’ve always been impressed with Brown Homes. They consistently build quality homes with really nice finishes – you can tell they put a lot of care into the details. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend taking a tour; you definitely won't be disappointed.”

Brian has been fantastic throughout the entire new home process. He’s incredibly cordial and consistently goes above and beyond to address every concern we’ve had. It’s reassuring to know we have someone so dedicated to ensuring everything is handled correctly – which is especially important with new construction where things inevitably come up.

“Living at Heritage Point has been pretty disappointing. Honestly, it feels like we’ve overpaid for the quality of the place. We’ve run into a lot of issues since we moved in almost a year ago – the HVAC system was wired incorrectly, there was stucco left inside the air vents, and the heater wasn’t even connected. Plus, the landscaping in our front yard is still unfinished.”
-
Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Brown Homes. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly and made the whole process really smooth and easy. I was particularly impressed with the quality of their work, and I especially loved having the RV garage – a fantastic feature that all builders should consider! I’d definitely recommend them.
