We’ve faced delays due to issues with the city of Scottsdale, and unfortunately, Tom has had to replace several subcontractors during the build – which has added significant time and stress to the project.” report abuse

  “I cannot overstate how incredibly disappointed I was with the entire experience. Working with Tom LaBlonde and his company was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had during a home construction project. We dealt with constant delays, a shocking lack of communication, and frankly, a complete disregard for our time and concerns. It felt like we were constantly begging for updates and for people to actually do the work. Honestly, if you’re even considering building a house with them, please, please think very carefully and find an alternative – it’s the only way to avoid a similar nightmare.” report abuse
