  Overall, MTH delivered a solid home at a reasonable price. We appreciate the quality of the construction. However, we did encounter some challenges during the build – there were a few instances of incorrect or missing materials, some issues with the fencing, and a fairly extensive punch list that needed to be addressed after we moved in. Thankfully, Lisa was incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted out and ensuring all the problems were resolved. report abuse

  “I have to say, I was really concerned about this builder. As soon as they put up a sign advertising their work in the neighborhood, we immediately started running into problems. They consistently violated building codes, and they’d schedule crews to work late at night, on weekends – even holidays. It was a huge disruption and frankly, a lot of headaches.” report abuse
