Then, he followed up to check for a leak and discovered a problem with the initial installation. He fixed it completely and professionally.   “I’m absolutely thrilled with Comfort Heating – they really did a fantastic job! I did my homework and chose the Amana furnace and A/C, and I couldn’t be happier. They even replaced my water heater. I got several quotes and they were able to offer me top-notch equipment at a significantly better price than the other local companies. What really stood out to me was the personal service; it’s great to be able to talk directly with the owner, and Andy was a genuinely helpful and friendly guy. They also took great care to keep everything clean and didn’t leave a mess behind. I appreciate their commitment to Michigan products too.   “I was really pleased with the service – everyone was friendly and helpful, and the installation of my furnace, water heater, and A/C went perfectly. The pricing was reasonable. However, I wanted to bring up a surprising detail: they charge a 4% fee for using a credit card, and I didn’t see this mentioned anywhere beforehand. They only revealed it at the time of payment, which felt a little abrupt, especially considering the $5,000+ cost. I understand fees are often passed along, but it’s a tough situation for people on a tight budget to have this extra charge unexpectedly pop up.” report abuse
