  Nikita was a real standout – professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole project. He really impressed me with his ability to quickly assess the situation and propose both immediate fixes and preventative measures.   “Team Bob’s were fantastic! We just moved into our Traverse City home and unfortunately didn’t have any records of the old A/C system. Austin and his associate came out in early July 2025 to fix our broken A/C, and they were incredibly efficient. Austin quickly figured out the problem and was able to track down the exact model. Plus, his associate spotted a really dirty furnace filter and replaced it – such a small detail that made a big difference. It was great to have them get our A/C running again on such a hot day, and we’re really happy with their service!” report abuse
