  I was so impressed with Walters and Hemming’s service! I called them after reading some great reviews online and was dealing with a broken furnace while I was away from home for a month. Craig, the technician, was incredibly responsive – he arrived within 20 minutes, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had me back up and running in just two hours. Seriously fantastic service! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again next spring to replace my AC. report abuse

  Dan was fantastic! We called him out at 8am and he was there within two hours. He quickly identified the problem – mice chewing on some wires – and got everything back up and running really fast, within an hour.   “I was really disappointed with this experience. I’d scheduled an appointment twice, and even got a confirmation call, but no one ever showed up. The owner explained they needed a final confirmation, but it was frustrating that they wouldn’t send someone to my house – it’s only about a five-minute drive. They were both punctual and professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what they were doing. I appreciated being kept informed every step of the way, and they even provided me with a detailed ticket outlining the services performed, including all critical part numbers for my unit – something I really valued.   “The team did a fantastic job getting our hot water heating system back up and running. It’s a pretty old system – about 15 years old – and the manufacturer doesn’t typically offer support for that age. They really went the extra mile to locate the necessary parts, which was a significant challenge given the current supply chain issues.   “Overall, the quality of the work was fantastic – they really knocked it out of the park. However, the final cost ended up being significantly higher than the initial estimate we received. It also took a considerable amount of time, about five to six months, to complete the project.
