I was so impressed with Walters and Hemming’s service! I called them after reading some great reviews online and was dealing with a broken furnace while I was away from home for a month. Craig, the technician, was incredibly responsive – he arrived within 20 minutes, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had me back up and running in just two hours. Seriously fantastic service! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again next spring to replace my AC.

“I’m so incredibly pleased with Walter’s and Hemming’s service – they’ve been fantastic for my family’s heating and AC needs. Seriously, they’re the best HVAC team I’ve ever worked with in Traverse, and I really want to thank them!”

Dan was fantastic! We called him out at 8am and he was there within two hours. He quickly identified the problem – mice chewing on some wires – and got everything back up and running really fast, within an hour. Seriously, a great guy and the service definitely exceeded what I expected.

“I was really disappointed with this experience. I’d scheduled an appointment twice, and even got a confirmation call, but no one ever showed up. The owner explained they needed a final confirmation, but it was frustrating that they wouldn’t send someone to my house – it’s only about a five-minute drive. I was hoping they could fix my faucet, but ultimately I had to find a more dependable service.”
-
Andy did a fantastic job with the installation – he was punctual, really efficient, and even took the time to clean up afterward. I’d definitely recommend him!

“I recently had Walter and Hemmings from the tech team come out to inspect and check my A/C unit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were both punctual and professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what they were doing. I appreciated being kept informed every step of the way, and they even provided me with a detailed ticket outlining the services performed, including all critical part numbers for my unit – something I really valued. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Walter and Hemmings for any A/C and heating needs.”

“The team did a fantastic job getting our hot water heating system back up and running. It’s a pretty old system – about 15 years old – and the manufacturer doesn’t typically offer support for that age. They really went the extra mile to locate the necessary parts, which was a significant challenge given the current supply chain issues. They were quick to diagnose the problem and got everything fixed promptly once the part arrived.”
-
“I had a really positive experience working with this company. The technicians were fantastic – incredibly friendly, professional, and they clearly knew their stuff. The quote process was also super smooth and straightforward. I’d definitely recommend them and absolutely plan to use their services again.”
-
“Overall, the quality of the work was fantastic – they really knocked it out of the park. However, the final cost ended up being significantly higher than the initial estimate we received. It also took a considerable amount of time, about five to six months, to complete the project. Thankfully, they were able to get it done just before he took some time off for elk hunting.”
-
“I’ve been using this company for over 25 years for all my plumbing, heating, and cooling needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. The technicians are always so friendly and really know their stuff.”
