I was really pleased with the service – I’d been using them previously and was a little apprehensive about the merger with the plumbing company, but everything was handled incredibly well. The technician was fantastic and he even managed to get the new part installed on the same day!

Andy did a fantastic job fixing my sump pump problem. He was incredibly polite and professional, and he patiently answered all of my questions. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the pump, which is now working perfectly. I’m so impressed with his service and Moore’s Mechanical is really lucky to have him – I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need any plumbing work done.

It was really great to see the crew do such a thorough job, and my wife particularly noticed how clean everything was afterward. Joe was a lifesaver! We had a really tricky situation when he arrived – the AC was completely frozen, and with elderly guests due to arrive in just two hours, it was a huge panic. Despite the initial setback, he immediately jumped into action, and thankfully, he was able to thaw the unit and pinpoint the issue.
