He really listened to my concerns about the uneven snow melt on my new roof, carefully examined both the exterior and interior, and then pinpointed the exact cause. He then presented a clear and effective solution plan. I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge and his straightforward, professional approach.   I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the incredibly fast and helpful service I received when my furnace control board failed. Mike Elzer was fantastic – he arrived so quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and immediately started the process of getting a replacement. He even took the initiative to check my gas fireplace to ensure I’d have heat in the living room and kitchen while he waited for the part, and set me up with a temporary heater.   Steve Perdue was very pleased with Shawn’s service – he found him to be knowledgeable and friendly, and appreciated how readily Shawn answered his questions. He did, however, suggest that the technical documentation could benefit from a little more explanation of the measurements taken, particularly regarding terms like “system amps,” “water,” and “supply.” He felt it would be helpful for someone unfamiliar with the terminology to understand what those measurements represent and whether they were considered good readings. report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received from Geofurnace. They responded incredibly quickly when my basement flooded – thankfully they were out the next day. It turned out to be a simple water backup issue, and honestly, I should have gotten it checked out preventatively. They walked me through the whole process of fixing it myself with bleach and a shop vac, which was really helpful. The service call fee of $200 was very reasonable, and I especially appreciated how communicative they were, explaining exactly what was happening and giving me the steps I needed to take to avoid a repeat. report abuse
