  “I had a really positive experience with Al Coronado Plumbing. I came home to a leaking water heater and Charles responded so quickly – he was there within 30 minutes! He quickly assessed the problem, explained that I needed a new one (which was thankfully under warranty), and laid out a plan for installation that would be easy to maintain and prevent any further damage. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions about the price and the whole process.   “Bruce did a fantastic job installing the toilet – he was really meticulous and left everything spotless. Everything seemed perfect until later that night when I noticed a little moisture around the base. Thankfully, Isaiah from AL Coronado Plumbing responded the next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue: a faulty tank bolt and rubber gasket. I’ve ordered a replacement kit from Toto, and I’m confident that will fix it. If I run into any trouble, ALCP will be there to help.   “Overall, I was really pleased with the work done by Al Coronado Plumbing. From the very beginning, they were prompt, professional, and clearly understood exactly what I needed – they successfully removed my old solar hot water tank and reconfigured my radiant in-floor heating system. The job itself was done really well, and they left the site spotless.   “We were so pleased with Al Coronado’s service! We had a broken faucet cartridge and they responded incredibly quickly – the technician, Briar, was actually at our house within an hour of our call at 7:30 PM. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful, and Briar was fantastic, quickly diagnosing the problem and expertly removing the cartridge before it led to a much bigger, and more costly, repair.   “I was really pleased with the service technician – he did a great job and the work itself was top quality. However, the final bill of $1,017 for a simple 10” copper pipe replacement (with a small 18” hole) felt incredibly excessive. While I appreciate the management team reaching out to address my concerns, I’m unlikely to use their services for future projects given the high price point.” report abuse
