Overall, our experience with Ram was fantastic. We had a plumbing issue on the weekend, and they quickly sent out a plumber, Ram, who determined the water heater needed replacing. They were really proactive, getting it done on Monday because the suppliers were closed. Gilbert and his partner did an amazing job fitting the 40-gallon heater into our tight space, and Gilbert was incredibly thorough – he even checked the roof for any potential issues and made sure I had a carbon monoxide detector and that it was installed correctly. He left us feeling completely confident in their work and reassured us that Ram would be there to support us if anything ever came up.
