  “We were so incredibly pleased with the work Ram Plumbing did – they really went above and beyond! From the initial quote to the incredibly complex re-plumbing of our home, Kyle and Dane were fantastic. They were always so professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making us feel completely comfortable, especially considering the daunting task of replacing all our pipes within our walls. It was a huge relief knowing they treated our house with such care. After the main plumbing work was finished, we had an issue with our water softener, and Kyle promptly returned to assess the situation. He was just as professional and helpful as he’d been before, and he quickly got us a new softener within our budget – it was installed within a couple of days!   “We really appreciate the quick response time when my wife’s elbow burst – it was likely caused by the freezing temperatures. However, we were incredibly disappointed with the subsequent quote of $300-$500. It was frankly outrageous! I fixed the same problem for just $1.59 and about 10 minutes of work. It felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge us, and frankly, it was a really disgraceful experience.” report abuse

  “Nik, Roman, and Allen did an absolutely fantastic job for us! They tackled a really challenging situation – a broken drain line with sewage leaking under our mobile home – and they were incredibly professional and competent. They were always on time and went above and beyond to get the job done right, especially considering the limited space. Nik’s years of experience (over 15!) really shone through.
