From the very beginning, the technicians had a real sense of what was going on, quickly pinpointing and resolving the problem in just a couple of hours – it was fantastic to get back up and running so quickly. Honestly, I don’t usually hire plumbers, so it’s hard to compare prices, but I felt like I got an absolutely outstanding job. The work area was spotless when he was finished, and he took the time to patiently explain everything to me – it was great to understand how the new technology works. Everything is running perfectly.   “We were absolutely thrilled with our new Navien tankless water heater! For years, our family of six had been battling constantly running out of hot water in the mornings, and finally, our old 50-gallon gas heater gave out. That’s when we started researching tankless systems, and after a lot of looking, we decided on Navien. The only slightly tricky part was finding a qualified installer, but thankfully, we discovered Plumber of Tucson. They were the only local company certified to install Navien, and from the very first call, we knew they were the right fit. Don from Plumber of Tucson was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and even suggesting upgrade options. He was so meticulous, making sure the tankless system would fit perfectly in our existing space, and his price was significantly lower than other quotes we’d gotten. Once the tankless and recirculating line were installed, we were blown away – everything was spotless, perfectly level, and looked exactly like the pictures on the Navien website. Don even took care of a few other minor plumbing issues we had around the house.
