  “We were so pleased with Plumber of Tucson! We were having a really annoying knocking sound in our pipes when the drip system ran, so we got quotes from a few plumbers. Josh and his team really stood out – they were incredibly professional, used high-quality parts, and the price was very reasonable. Josh explained the problem and the rebuild process clearly, and we appreciated the same-day discount. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the results are fantastic!   I was really disappointed with the work done on my new hot water heater and water filtration system. They installed everything, but without telling me they’d be putting in a new pipe outside, and honestly, it’s a terrible eyesore. I expected a bit more communication, especially considering they were altering the look of my house. Plus, the quality of the work is shockingly poor – it looks like a beginner’s project. There’s even a hole they drilled that wasn’t properly covered. Another issue is the water filter system. It’s located about 50 feet from an outlet, and they just hooked it up with a long extension cord running across the yard. It feels incredibly unsafe and I’m worried about what could happen during a rainstorm. They just brushed it off by saying they don't do that and suggested I get an electrician, but they should have explained this upfront so I’d know about the added costs. I’m stuck with a lot of repairs to fix the mess, and I’m really frustrated with the whole experience. report abuse

  “Rudy and Justin were fantastic! They were so respectful and professional when they came to check out my drain issue. Instead of immediately trying to charge me for an inspection, they took the time to actually diagnose the problem. They quickly realized it wasn't a clog, which saved me a lot of money and hassle. Honestly, their honesty and willingness to help me out meant the world to me.   “We were incredibly pleased with Plumber of Tucson! They recently installed a tankless water heater in our older home, and the team – Josh and Tommy – did a fantastic job. They were particularly skilled at installing the Navien unit in our small utility closet, and it looks really neat with the soundboard.   “I can’t recommend Plumber of Tucson highly enough! From start to finish, the team – Joe, Steve, Dillon, and Chris – were absolutely fantastic. They’re genuinely dedicated to doing a great job and always took the time to explain everything clearly. We’re working on a really complex renovation of our historic adobe home, which presented some unique challenges – 10-inch block walls, 20-foot ceilings, and old cast iron pipes buried deep beneath the floors. They were incredibly careful, going above and beyond to protect our newly renovated Casita, even using cardboard and plastic sheeting to minimize dust. It’s clear they understand the importance of preserving the character of these older homes.   “John and Steven did a fantastic job installing our Green Fusion Water Softener/Filter on February 11th, 2022. They arrived promptly and were incredibly professional and neat. They took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything thoroughly – we really appreciate how they walked us through the whole system. We absolutely love the Green Fusion and the huge improvement in our water quality – no more spots on our appliances or sinks, and our showers have such wonderfully soft water! They even showed us pictures and videos of the work under our house and provided us with detailed information.
