  “I was really pleased with the service I received from Southern Arizona Plumbing. I had a leak developing at my main water shutoff, and it had appeared just three months after a replacement and new ball valve were installed. Thankfully, they answered the phone right away, and the young lady was incredibly helpful, remembering my previous plumbing issue. Jake came out that day and was fantastic! He called ahead to confirm the appointment, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the leak really efficiently. He even took the time to explain a few things to me, which I appreciated – I’m always trying to learn more about home repairs. He was a genuinely friendly and easy person to talk to.
