We recently had a significant leak under our slab that required some serious work, and from the first contact to the finished job, they were outstanding. Ramon and his team really went above and beyond. What impressed me most was that Ramon took the time to provide a detailed estimate, and crucially, his bid included fixing all the damaged drywall and matching the texture perfectly – something many other plumbers overlooked. On the day of the job, the crew was punctual, professional, and took great care to protect our floors. They kept us updated every step of the way, and the final result is incredible – you wouldn't even know they’d completely demolished the wall! It’s clear Ramon takes immense pride in his work, and the whole team has a fantastic, family-run feel without sacrificing the professionalism you’d expect. Naomi in the office was always so helpful with scheduling. We’ve recently had another, bigger issue with our washing machine and Ramon and the team were there quickly to fix it.
