  “I was really impressed with ASI’s responsiveness and professionalism. They originally completed a survey on my property over 13 years ago, and unfortunately, a subsequent survey by a new title company was inaccurate. ASI quickly stepped in to correct the errors, going above and beyond by offering to conduct a revised survey on a weekend – something they weren’t typically able to do. It’s clear they stand behind their work, and their pricing was also competitive compared to other surveying companies I’d looked into.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this survey company. I submitted and paid for a re-plat of my 10,000 sq ft lot almost nine months ago, and I still haven’t received any updates or a completed project. To make matters worse, other companies in Houston are completing similar re-plats. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them – it’s a waste of money and time.” report abuse

  “Advance Surveying did a really solid job getting my survey completed quickly. I was surprised it took 7-10 days, which is typical, but I needed it by July 6th, and they followed through. The surveyor even scheduled a visit for the next morning and thankfully got it done in time for my meeting with the City of Houston Permit Department on July 6th – especially considering it was Independence Day!” report abuse

  “I strongly advise against using this service. They essentially just create a document without actually inspecting or securing your property. You’d be much better off contacting the Harris County Appraisal District (HCAD) for accurate records and protection.” report abuse
