  “We recently used EIC to get a pool design drawn up, and I couldn’t have been happier with their service. They were incredibly responsive and the staff was both friendly and really knew their stuff. When we needed to make some changes to the drawings for a release from Centerpoint, Emil went above and beyond. He took care of everything, spoke directly with Centerpoint, and got the updated drawings back to us the very next day.   “I was understandably disappointed with the initial vegetation survey. The crew had removed more plants than I’d requested on my 3-acre property. I voiced my concerns to them, and the owner followed up promptly, meeting me on Christmas Eve to discuss it. He listened carefully to my feedback, reviewed the survey results, and rightly acknowledged that the crew had been a bit too aggressive with the cutting. He apologized sincerely, and we worked together to get things back on track – he definitely made it right, and it really highlighted how important it is for a company to not just fix a mistake, but to do so with genuine care and attention.” report abuse
