The price was unbeatable, the service was excellent, and the whole process was incredibly quick and smooth, with no problems at all.   “I was so impressed with EIC! We contacted them to get a pool design survey, and they were incredibly responsive and the staff was both friendly and really knew their stuff. A couple of months later, we needed to make some changes to the drawings for a Release of Easement, and Emil went above and beyond. He took care of everything by speaking with Centerpoint and getting the updated drawings back to us the next day. Honestly, I expected to pay a significant fee for those changes, but Emil saved us $900! Thank you so much, Emil and EIC – I’ll definitely be recommending you to everyone.” report abuse

  “I was understandably frustrated with the initial vegetation survey – the crew had removed more plants than I’d anticipated for my property. I voiced my concerns directly, and I really appreciated the owner’s quick response. He met with me on Christmas Eve to discuss it, listened carefully to my feedback, and ultimately agreed the crew had gone a bit overboard. He apologized sincerely, and followed through by ensuring the situation was corrected.
