  “We were really disappointed with our visit. The lobby was packed, and it looked like a lot of hot-n-ready pizzas were sitting in the warmer, but no one was actually taking orders or serving them. It’s like they’ve completely abandoned the system that used to be so efficient – it’s like Little Caesars lost its way. There needs to be better communication and a sense of urgency around the hot-n-ready service. We were hoping for a quick and easy order, but it just wasn’t there.” report abuse

Their communication was consistently poor, and I felt like I was being passed around to different people who didn't seem to understand the project or care about my concerns.
