“I’ve been incredibly frustrated with this company’s work. They consistently demonstrate a lack of understanding of their role and seem unable to accurately locate existing structures, even when they’re plainly visible. As a result, their actions have led to significant property damage and I’ve incurred considerable costs. I’m constantly having to redirect their crews due to their disregard for existing surveys, despite multiple accurate ones being on file. Frankly, they’ve been very difficult to work with, and the damage they’ve caused, as illustrated in the attached photo, is unacceptable.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. My client hired me to list their property, which included a survey, and immediately started receiving calls from interested buyers confused about the property boundaries. It turned out the survey was outdated and the markers had disappeared. When I asked the company to simply re-mark the property lines for a reasonable fee, they quoted me $450! Charging that much to put a few ribbons on a small lot – less than a quarter of an acre – is completely unacceptable. I won’t be using this company again, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere.”

“I was extremely disappointed with this company’s work. I hired them for several surveys and unfortunately, each one came with significant issues. The first survey had a basic error – the street name was incorrect. Then, when I needed a topographic survey for my new house, they completely failed to include a benchmark, refusing to acknowledge that I hadn’t requested it. They ultimately provided a survey that was unacceptable to the city, costing me an additional $1500 to correct. Adding to the frustration, a simpler form survey was also inaccurate, lacking proper corner markings and measurements. Overall, the communication was poor, and I didn’t feel like my needs were being understood. I wouldn’t recommend this company.”
-
“We had some concerns about the initial surveys – they actually disagreed by about 8 inches in one corner, and it seemed like there were issues with consistency and reliability. Because of this discrepancy, we hired a second surveyor to get a definitive measurement and prevent any potential legal problems down the road.”

“CBG did a fantastic job – they completely turned around a really poor initial assessment. We were incredibly impressed with their professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“I hired this company for a property survey, and I was really disappointed with the results. Only half of the markings they marked were actually present, which was frustrating given the dense woods on the property. When I contacted them to see if they could rectify the situation, I was told I’d have to pay an additional fee to have it redone. It felt like they hadn’t even made an effort to properly complete the survey.”
-
“I wholeheartedly recommend this surveying company. Having worked in real estate for 14 years, I’ve used many, and this one truly stood out. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and presented their work in a really clear and easy-to-understand way.”
-
“CBG was fantastic – really professional and always so responsive and friendly. I’d definitely recommend them.”
-
“We’ve unfortunately been significantly delayed in finalizing our closing due to the delay in receiving the survey. It’s incredibly frustrating that we haven’t received any updates or clarification regarding the discrepancies – we’ve tried reaching their office repeatedly with no response.”

“I just wanted to say a fantastic job to CBG Surveying, Inc.! They were fantastic to work with and really delivered great results.”
