“I was really disappointed with Tri Tech’s service. They did my property survey four years ago, and the seller paid for it. Recently, I contacted them to request a copy of the CAD file – a document that was already paid for and produced. They then tried to charge me $150 to simply retrieve it! It felt like they were just taking advantage of a situation, essentially charging me for a five-minute task. It seems like a really strange and unreasonable ‘company policy.’ Based on other reviews I've read, it appears I’m not the only one who’s encountered this issue. I’d strongly recommend looking for another surveying company.”

“We’ve been really pleased working with one of Tri-Tech’s builders. Their surveys have consistently been accurate and incredibly helpful, and we’ve always appreciated McKennzie’s clear communication and quick responses. It’s a great company with a fantastic team.”

“I wanted to express my serious concern about an incident this afternoon on Sam Houston Tollway involving your pickup truck. The driver cut me off aggressively, nearly causing a collision. I have dashcam footage documenting the event, and it’s clear this driver’s behavior reflects poorly on your company’s standards.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with Tri-Tech’s handling of this situation. A client obtained a survey through them years ago, and when they needed a copy, Tri-Tech demanded $150 to provide it – money they’d already been paid. Worse, they were dismissive and almost rude when I raised the issue. Thankfully, I was able to contact the Title Company involved in the original deal, who promptly provided us with a free copy. Honestly, their behavior was appalling and showed a clear disregard for their clients and other real estate professionals. I’ll be advising my entire network to steer clear of Tri-Tech due to their greedy practices – it’s a truly unprofessional and upsetting experience.”
-
“I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Tri-Tech. They seem solely focused on extracting extra money from customers, and it felt like they were nickel-and-diming me every step of the way. I used them four times during my home build – for the land survey, the form survey, the final build survey, and even a survey for my metal shop – and now for a new backyard project, I just wanted to easily send a PDF copy to my contractors. They claimed to have my survey in PDF format, but insisted on charging me $150 to release it to me. It was completely baffling, especially since I’m the one who hired them and paid them thousands. They even tried to pass the issue off to my builder! Honestly, it’s a really frustrating and disrespectful way to treat a loyal customer, and I’m convinced they're losing money by being so demanding. I won’t be using Tri-Tech again.”
-
“I had a survey done by this company and discovered a significant error. The finished floor elevation they provided was 101, but after checking with multiple measurements, it should have been 123. This represents an approximately 20% discrepancy. I brought this to their attention, and they informed me it would cost $350 to rectify the issue.”
-
“This professional service provider really impressed me – they’re incredibly ethical and you can tell that 27+ years of experience shines through in the quality of their work.”
-
“McKenzie and the whole Tri-Tech team consistently deliver fantastic results – they’re truly impressive!”
-
“This employee consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, genuinely caring about their role and always striving to exceed expectations. They’re incredibly dedicated and determined to complete tasks effectively, while also prioritizing customer satisfaction.”
-
Overall, this company seems like a solid choice – they’ve clearly built a strong reputation for quality work.
