  I had a truly awful experience working with this survey company, and I strongly advise against using their services. I commissioned a study on October 8th, with a delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days, and paid the full amount on October 9th. From that point on, it was a complete nightmare. They completely missed deadlines, never provided an estimated delivery date, and consistently ignored my emails and phone calls. Every attempt to get an update was met with the vague response that the report would be ready “when it’s ready,” offering absolutely no guidance. After weeks of waiting, the report finally arrived on October 23rd, but it was riddled with errors – clearly their fault. When the city sent it back for correction, they continued to drag their feet, taking an unreasonably long time to make simple data corrections. I tried to handle this privately at first, hoping to resolve things amicably, but they simply didn’t respond to my emails. It became clear they weren't interested in communicating with me or addressing my concerns. This isn't a situation where a little patience is expected; it’s a business transaction, and in my industry, time is critical. Weeks of waiting, with no timeline or explanation, to receive a basic study is completely unacceptable. The delay has been incredibly frustrating and costly. To add to the problem, I dealt with a particularly unprofessional individual named Cori Reuss, who was rude and utterly unable to assist me. It felt like they didn’t care about my needs or their own mistakes. As of today, November 5th, I still haven’t received the final, corrected report. Frankly, this company demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service. I cannot recommend them – steer clear. report abuse

  I’d strongly advise against hiring this company for surveys. We experienced a significant delay – over six weeks – and they never delivered the printed copies we requested. After multiple calls, they admitted their policy prevents them from providing copies after six months, and then shockingly, demanded we pay them again for a *new* survey just to get the original data. Their customer service was absolutely terrible; they seemed only interested in taking our money. Seriously, avoid this company – it’s a complete waste of time and money. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I hired them to conduct a survey of my land, but they completely failed to deliver the original survey. I’ve spent the last three weeks trying to get in touch with the office, and it’s been a frustrating experience – they seem to work against me rather than assisting me. I’ve repeatedly asked to be connected to the person handling my account, but I’m constantly bounced around and unable to speak to anyone directly. I even offered to cover the shipping costs using my own FedEx account, but they refused that option.
