    Overall, we were really pleased with the service we received from Dash Heating and Cooling. The technicians arrived promptly and were incredibly professional, taking great care to protect our floors and belongings during the thorough duct cleaning. It’s clear they know what they’re doing, and we’re already noticing a big improvement in our allergies – which is fantastic!     Robert did an excellent job – he was right on time and immediately pinpointed the issue. It was just a matter of setting the fan to auto mode, and he also made a great suggestion to have the coils cleaned during our next maintenance check-up. I really appreciated how quickly he was able to schedule that for us the following day. I’ve been a DASH customer for nearly 30 years and have always received fantastic, reliable service, and I’m so glad they’re open 24/7, including Sundays – I wouldn’t go anywhere else. report abuse

They were really knowledgeable and offered a price that was competitive with other companies I got quotes from in Little Rock. The installation team was fantastic – incredibly professional and they got the whole job done in just one day, which was a huge relief considering the winter weather.     “I’d been a satisfied DASH customer for a while, relying on them to service my HVAC system twice a year. However, my recent experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately led me to cancel my membership. It started when our heater suddenly died. DASH sent a technician out within 24 hours, and he initially suspected a fan motor issue. Despite my explaining that we hadn’t experienced any noise, vibration, or airflow problems, he proceeded to charge me $600 for a replacement fan motor, plus another $200 to clean the fan cage. Unfortunately, the problem persisted – the vents still weren't working. The technician then claimed the control board was bad and charged me again. Frankly, it felt like he wasn’t properly diagnosing the issue, and I questioned why he hadn’t done some basic testing. After refusing a refund for the faulty fan motor, I decided to replace the entire unit myself. DASH then tried to charge me a final fee of $41 for the remaining portion of my service contract – completely disregarding the trouble they’d caused. Ultimately, I left DASH and chose a different HVAC company. I’d strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider their experience before deciding to use this service.” report abuse
