  My grandparents wanted me to write this review – they’re not very tech-savvy, so I’m happy to do it for them. They were absolutely thrilled with the service they received! From the very beginning, the lady who scheduled the appointment was fantastic. She called them back within minutes to book an appointment for the same day, which was a huge relief. Then, Cato arrived promptly and did an amazing job thoroughly inspecting their unit and checking everything carefully. He was so helpful, explaining everything clearly and offering really valuable advice and tips on how to manage things while they waited for the repairs to be completed. Plus, he was completely transparent about the pricing and potential issues, which they really appreciated. Overall, they’re really pleased with Dash and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and efficient service. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from DASH Heating and Air. The whole installation process – from start to finish – was incredibly smooth and easy. They got everything done in a single day, and I was amazed at how tidy they left the house; you wouldn’t even know they were there! What really stood out was their communication and professionalism. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, were incredibly prompt, and didn’t disrupt my daily routine at all. It’s rare to find a contractor who actually delivers on their promises, but DASH Heating and Air did exactly that.
