  “I had a really unsettling experience recently. Two people came to my door trying to sell me work on my unit – they were going over both the inside and outside and insisted I needed repairs despite it being relatively new, less than five years old. They asked for $5000, which seemed completely unreasonable. I contacted another contractor who came out and fixed the problem for just $200.
