The technician was incredibly prompt and efficient, and most importantly, he really took the time to accurately diagnose the problem with our older AC units.   Overall, we had a really positive experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and the prices were good. We did have a minor hiccup with the bathroom vent, but Yates stepped in immediately, clearly explained the issue and the solution, and got it sorted out for us within a few days.   “Overall, I was incredibly pleased with Yates’ service. Matt, Justin, and Rafael were fantastic – really terrific to work with. They handled the move of my A/C unit smoothly and even took care of installing a metal cover over the piping and wiring, which was great. However, there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the cover’s painting. I was initially told Yates would handle the painting, but it wasn’t included in the service and I had to arrange it myself. Looking back, it would have been easier if I’d painted it beforehand, but all in all, the job – including the coil replacement – was excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Yates again in the future.” report abuse
