  I was really worried about my rental property being so far away – a whole 1000 miles! When my tenant called to say the AC wasn’t working properly, I was understandably anxious about potential issues and someone trying to take advantage of the distance.   “I was so relieved when Colby from Yates came out to look at my unit – it was blowing cold air outside but nothing inside! He was incredibly professional and took the time to really diagnose the problem, carefully checking for a leak instead of just trying to push a new system on me. Codie joined him, and together they quickly identified and fixed the leak, which would have otherwise meant a costly replacement.   “I was so impressed with the service I received! Yates and his team were fantastic – he was the third company I contacted to diagnose my AC issue, and he was the only one who actually fixed it completely. Unlike the other companies, he didn’t try to upsell me on a new unit; he really took the time to get in there and get the job done right.   Overall, we were really pleased with the installation of our new Heil AC and furnace. It was fantastic that the company owner was there overseeing the work and quickly stepped in to get an extra part needed. We did have a slight hiccup reaching the right department at the Canadian call center, but that didn’t impact the excellent service we received from the local USA team. They were incredibly courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional, and they took great care to protect our floors. We’ve chosen a maintenance plan to ensure long-lasting performance and are looking forward to our next visit with their skilled staff – thank you all! report abuse
