He didn’t have a compressor just sitting around, but he took the time to really understand what I needed, even walked me through the generic options and what I could do to keep my place cool over the weekend.   “I was so frustrated when our AC unit stopped working right before our vacation started, but Cracker Jack Air Pros really saved the day! Brandon Stow was fantastic – he was incredibly responsive and quickly scheduled a technician. He explained the entire problem to me in a way I could understand, took detailed pictures, and even showed me the diagnostic readings from both inside and outside. What impressed me most was that he didn’t try to upsell me on a service plan. The repair itself was done really efficiently, from when we called at 3pm to having it fixed by 4:30pm.
