  Brandon from Crackerjack Plumbing was fantastic! He really took the time to understand our issue with the burst PVC pipes after the freeze, and he was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the whole process. He expertly fixed the necessary repairs, thoroughly inspected our entire plumbing system, and importantly, didn't try to push any unnecessary services on us. We felt completely comfortable with his honest advice and skilled workmanship – we’ll definitely be using Crackerjack Plumbing again in the future! report abuse

  I had an incredibly frustrating experience with CrackerJack. I booked an appointment online in early February 2022, but it was a complete disaster. I spent days trying to get through to someone on the phone – I called the only number listed and was bounced around to different employees in different states, none of whom could actually help me. Despite promises of a callback, I never heard back. Then, after receiving my appointment confirmation, I left work early to be sure I was ready for them. They never showed up. I received no call, no explanation – nothing. I’ve tried calling the number repeatedly, and it just goes to voicemail, as if I’d been blocked. I even messaged their service online and requested a callback, but two weeks have passed and I haven't gotten so much as an email. A coworker even posted about my issue on their social media page, and thankfully someone from the local branch responded, explaining that their website had been down for weeks due to COVID. It’s unbelievable they didn't make this information readily available. The whole process – booking an appointment, getting a confirmation, and then having them not show up – was just baffling. I’m seriously concerned about how they operate. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and I'm still waiting for an explanation. I lost time at work and had to seek out alternative services because of this, and I strongly advise against using CrackerJack. report abuse

  “The plumber was really nice and arrived early, which was a big plus. However, I was quite surprised by the estimate – around $375 for a job that seemed pretty straightforward and would likely take only about 30 minutes, with only a small amount needed in parts. I felt that was extremely inflated, so I just paid the $69 service fee and won’t be using their services again.” report abuse

  Overall, I’m really pleased with Crackerjack’s service. I had a leak and, unfortunately, it turned out to be a defect. I contacted them and they immediately set up an appointment for the following morning, which was great since I’d been misled by another company who wasted four hours of my time. But Crackerjack arrived first thing the next day and were incredibly professional and efficient. Plus, their pricing was reasonable. I’ll definitely be using their services again and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing plumbing help. report abuse

  Eric was fantastic – he was ahead of schedule which gave me plenty of time to get organized, and he presented himself incredibly professionally from the very beginning. It was great to see he’d just finished with another customer, but he was perfectly presentable and treated me like I was his very first appointment of the day. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and patient as he handled the water heater installation, and I felt completely comfortable leaving him to work. Eric was also very personable and friendly, and I’ll definitely be using his services for any other plumbing needs I have in the future. I also wanted to give a special shout-out to Brittany. She was an absolute delight when she called me at 8 AM on Sunday morning. Her positive attitude and welcoming greeting – “Crackerjack Plumbing, how can I make you smile today?” – completely shifted my perspective for the day.
