Todd was fantastic at understanding my issue and quickly dispatched someone – Clayton – who arrived within the hour. Clayton was incredibly professional, explained everything clearly, and even took the initiative to check out my other unit as well. Both units were completely resolved, and I can honestly say I’ve found a company I completely trust for my HVAC needs.   “I was really stressed when my AC started struggling, like so many people are. The prices for new units can be so high because of big companies pushing them, and offering easy financing – it’s similar to how healthcare costs have gone up. I decided to call Climate Warriors because they’re a family-run business, and I really appreciated that they sent a technician to actually diagnose the problem, not just try to sell me something. Thankfully, it was just a clogged drain, which they fixed in about an hour for $150. Jacob was fantastic – he explained everything clearly, was really polite and professional, and he was on time.
