  “Overall, I had a really positive experience. It was just a routine service appointment due to my contract, and the communication leading up to the appointment was fantastic – very helpful. Roland, the representative who came out, was incredibly polite, professional, and courteous. He thoroughly checked everything and then clearly explained his findings to me, thankfully reporting no issues with my system. However, he also noticed some problems in my crawlspace that I wasn’t aware of, and I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in bringing that to my attention; it’s something I can address before it becomes a bigger, more expensive issue. What really stood out was that he also referenced previous notes from other Middleton representatives – that showed me they’re paying attention to the history of my service, which I found reassuring and added a lot of value to the service agreement.” report abuse

  “I was so relieved when James from Middleton’s Plumbing came to the rescue today! I had a major pipe burst in my attic and was completely overwhelmed. James was fantastic – he was incredibly professional, explained everything clearly, and worked diligently until the problem was completely resolved.   “Overall, he did a really solid job. He successfully got two of the three units working, and switching out the thermostat was a great touch – I really appreciated having something I could easily operate. I also want to say he was incredibly respectful during his visit; putting on the booties was a nice detail, and he was just a pleasure to have in my home.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the explanation I received about my AC not cooling. It seemed like the technician just dismissed my concerns by saying the unit was the wrong size, even though I’d just moved in last August and hadn’t experienced any problems at that time. The fact that it wasn’t particularly hot then didn’t really address the issue I’m currently facing.” report abuse

  Damon is truly exceptional! He consistently went above and beyond to ensure the service was done perfectly, and I was really impressed with how he took care of the house – he even installed the new thermostat in a really neat and professional way, avoiding any unsightly patches. He’s just a fantastic guy, so polite and helpful. I’ve had him out twice now, six months apart, and both times he’s been incredible. He’s the most patient and friendly technician I’ve ever dealt with, and I really appreciated his knowledge. He was so kind to refuse tips both times I offered, which was really thoughtful of him.
