  Roland did a fantastic job! He was incredibly professional and friendly from the moment he arrived, confirming his identity and the address. He took the time to introduce himself and explain why he was there, and even checked about the dog notices. He clearly outlined the services he’d be performing and explained the order he’d follow. Once finished, he reassured us everything looked good and gave us the contact information if we had any questions later. The technician was fantastic – he took such care to protect my home by using the shoe covering from the outside in, and he double-checked with me to make sure he understood the problem correctly.
