  “I was extremely disappointed with this company. Communication was a major issue throughout the entire process. The initial technician provided an estimate, but it took nearly a week to receive an update, and then another technician was needed to redo it – completely unnecessary. Worse yet, no one from the company followed up with me or my roommate after the work was completed, and they couldn’t even provide basic information like what work was actually done or the total cost. I requested a call back from the owner, but I never heard back. It took two weeks to get this work done during the summer, which was incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, one of the technicians was incredibly rude and dismissive when I was discussing a separate project – he just cut me off! Honestly, if good communication is important to you, I’d strongly recommend going with a different company.” report abuse
