  Overall, I had a really positive experience with Island Breeze. They provided a fair quote and offered financing options, and I appreciated being able to schedule the replacement of both my water heater and air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, my old water heater started leaking due to some issues with water pressure caused by vandalism, but Island Breeze responded quickly. They were able to get me in to replace just the water heater on MLK Day, which was a huge relief for my family. The technicians were professional, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently that morning.   “I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from Island Breeze. Seriously, from the moment I called about my old AC unit, they were fantastic. They responded so quickly, and Julee was just wonderful – so friendly, helpful, and really took the time to explain everything. The scheduling was a breeze, and Hayden arrived promptly and did a really detailed inspection. I especially appreciated that they presented me with several repair and replacement options and didn’t try to pressure me into anything.
