  “We’ve been incredibly happy with Just Air since 2016! They were fantastic when they replaced our A/C a few years back, and we’ve continued to be impressed. Recently, they did our spring maintenance on April 26th, and they quickly resolved a leak and a significant freon loss – James was fantastic, really professional and got us back up and running so quickly. Danielle, the owner, is always so helpful and accommodating, especially when scheduling maintenance around our busy schedules.   “Just Air” was fantastic! We recently moved to Phoenix and got a flyer for a discounted A/C tune-up, and thankfully they were able to get us an appointment within a couple of days with James. He was incredibly professional and really explained everything about our A/C unit in a way my husband understood. We were really impressed with his honesty and the quality of the work he did.   I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The quoted price of $400 per pound for refrigerant was absolutely outrageous – especially considering most units require over 10 pounds and wholesale prices are significantly lower. When I pointed this out, the receptionist responded with an aggressive tone and hung up. It felt like blatant price gouging and a complete disregard for customers. Honestly, I’m shocked this company has such a high rating. It seems they only respond to negative feedback, which is a really concerning sign. report abuse

  Just Air truly went above and beyond for us when our air conditioning went out during the hottest week of the summer. They were incredibly responsive, with the first technician arriving within a few hours to diagnose the problem and then bringing a portable unit to provide some relief. What really stood out was the boss’s dedication – they spent countless hours on the phone working to find a compatible condenser, even navigating the challenges of supply chain issues. When the condenser finally arrived, another technician was immediately dispatched, and they expertly resolved the issue in just four hours, despite the extreme heat.
