  Overall, we were incredibly impressed with Ideal. From the start, they were fantastic – they even sent over a bio of the project leader and kept us updated with reminders and arrival times via text and email. They really listened to our needs, and surprisingly, they suggested adding new ductwork to our 40-year-old home, which we hadn’t even considered. What really stood out was how informative and non-pushy they were; they backed up their recommendations with photos. The whole job was completed very efficiently in about 6-7 hours, and the team was always polite and kept us fully informed. Honestly, I’d been a little hesitant after finding them online, but I wholeheartedly recommend Ideal – they exceeded our expectations. report abuse

They quickly and efficiently installed a new air conditioner and insulated our garage ceiling – the whole job was done in under a day, which was fantastic. It’s clear they have a lot of experience; the workmanship looked fantastic (we’ve included some photos!). We especially appreciated them being able to slot the work into their schedule so promptly.   Camari did a fantastic job with our condo insulation project. He was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything to us, especially when we requested the interior wall between the units. He quickly confirmed that the existing insulation was sufficient by drilling a small test hole – thankfully, it was! The crew was also very careful, protecting our house from dust and doing a truly outstanding job cleaning up afterward. Camari even took before and after photos and sent them to me, which was a really helpful touch. report abuse
