The person on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, seeming to prioritize other matters over my request, especially considering the appointment was already 59 days old.   Andrew was fantastic! My air conditioner started acting up on Sunday, and he got someone out to take a look within a few hours. I got quotes from several companies over the last year, and when it came down to it, the outstanding customer service was the deciding factor. Jared was fantastic – really respectful and professional during the initial quote, and Maurice and his team did a brilliant job with the installation. Honestly, Maurice is probably the best HVAC tech I’ve ever worked with.
