  I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Lincoln Air & Plumbing. My air conditioning stopped working, and they were incredibly responsive – they were able to get someone out to my house the next day, which was a huge relief considering how hot it was in Arizona. Jeff was my technician, and he was fantastic! He really took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and why it was happening, and he was completely upfront about the cost before he even started working. He fixed everything and got my AC running like new! I couldn’t be happier with their service and especially Jeff – I highly recommend them. report abuse

  “I wanted to share my experience with Lincoln Air, as I try to be fair in my reviews, especially as a business owner myself. They did a good job installing the HVAC system in our new home and shop for the most part, and Bob Lincoln was always responsive and willing to address my concerns. However, things went sideways once we were living in the house and a warranty issue arose with one of the outdoor units. The problem – a faulty temperature sensor – was reported over two years ago, but due to supply chain issues, getting a replacement part took nearly a year. While I understand delays happen, particularly during the pandemic, the biggest issue was when the technicians insisted on charging me around $600 to install the part, a job that seemed like it should have taken only 15 minutes. I’d even researched the repair online and felt completely misled. They couldn’t just give me the part, and after multiple attempts to speak with Bob Lincoln to resolve this, no one seemed to care about finding a solution. Ultimately, I ended up going with another company for the additional work and lost a potential relationship with Lincoln Air. It’s frustrating when a company isn’t willing to stand by its warranty and treat a customer with respect.” report abuse
