  Jon was fantastic – so friendly and clearly really knows his stuff. He took the time to explain everything about my HVAC system and the recommended services in a way that was easy to understand.   “I was really pleased with Champion Air – Ray and his team (Chris and Ido were involved) did a fantastic job installing two new A/C and furnace systems at my house. It was a huge undertaking, and they worked tirelessly through the whole process, even when it started raining and hailing! I’m honestly not an HVAC expert, but the work looks incredibly clean and so much better than the old systems I had installed back in 2005. Ray took the time to walk me through everything, getting the units set up on my phone and making sure everything was working perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend Champion Air and Ray and his team – they were professional, courteous, and did a truly excellent job. We found them through Costco, and it was a great experience. They even gave us a 15% Costco shop card, a free 10-year full parts and labor warranty (Costco covers the cost), and a check for 2% of the total bill because we’re executive members. Ray told us they’ve been working with Costco for years, so it seemed like a reliable partnership.” report abuse

  Patrick did a fantastic job getting our AC ready for the summer heat. He was really helpful and friendly, and he took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done to keep us cool.   “Tyler did an absolutely fantastic job today with the spring tune-up. He was really thorough and took the extra time to get my AC running perfectly, which was great since I had a coupon.   “Honestly, we’re incredibly disappointed with the installation. It’s completely inaccessible – no one can get behind the unit at all. It’s also uneven and makes quite a bit of noise. We’ve had multiple technicians out, but it’s like they’re just passing the buck; no one seems to follow up to see if the problem’s been resolved. We’ve been left with no solution and can’t even prep the surrounding walls for painting or properly clean around the unit – we have to use a ladder and climb over our wall to do so. We were expecting a much higher standard of installation and service, and unfortunately, that’s just not what we’ve experienced.” report abuse

  Iven did a fantastic job with our tune-up! He was so professional – he called ahead to let us know when he’d be there, and he was really friendly and helpful once he arrived. He took the time to answer all my questions honestly, and he explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. I especially appreciated that he didn't try to push any extra services we didn’t need and was upfront about what would help keep our unit running smoothly for years to come.
