  Jeff was fantastic – really easy to work with and incredibly efficient. He arrived on time, took the time to fully understand the problem, and fixed it quickly. What impressed me most was that he didn’t just fix it; he walked me through the proper way to operate the door to prevent it from happening again.   Jeff was fantastic – truly a professional and dedicated small business owner. I really appreciated his responsiveness; he reached out to me even during the New Year’s Day football game! When I sent him a picture of my unusual door, he immediately offered to fix it, something another contractor hadn’t even considered.   I strongly advise against hiring this company. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I initially contacted them to repair a tenant’s door, and while the initial diagnosis seemed straightforward, it quickly became clear that the issue was far more complex, requiring extensive framing work. Despite the urgency, communication has been abysmal. After a rushed job, I was asked for a $225 deposit and a further $75 deposit on parts, and I paid promptly. However, over two weeks have passed with no updates on parts delivery. Attempts to contact the company have been met with voicemail or dismissive responses. What’s most concerning is the company’s reaction to my feedback. After I raised my concerns, the individual involved became aggressive, accusing me of being entitled and insulting me. Despite my attempts to calmly discuss the situation, he resorted to berating me and ultimately contacted me repeatedly, even threatening to harass me if I blocked his calls. Based on my experience, and corroborated by numerous other negative reviews, I believe this company is unreliable and prioritizes manipulating situations rather than resolving issues. Please, do not pay upfront and be wary of any overly positive reviews—they may be fabricated. report abuse
