I’m so sorry to hear about Marci’s experience – it sounds incredibly frustrating. I had a very similar issue with Jeff, and honestly, it was a terrible interaction. He seemed more interested in lecturing and arguing than actually addressing our concerns. When we called back after he’d supposedly fixed a problem, he immediately reverted to a confrontational style, which was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Seriously, don’t even consider using their services, not even if they offered a huge discount. Looking at his replies to the one-star reviews, it’s clear he’s just constantly arguing with customers – it’s a really negative experience.
