  “Overall, our experience with Sun and Door Trim was very disappointing. John, who handles both the CEO and scheduling roles, was consistently rude and unhelpful. We encountered significant issues with a recently installed door that wouldn’t operate correctly, and John seemed determined to make the process as frustrating as possible. Despite our attempts to schedule a repair, he repeatedly missed appointments and delivered his communication in a dismissive manner. Frankly, the customer service we received was lacking and we wouldn’t recommend Sun and Door Trim.” report abuse

  “I’ve never personally used this company’s services, but I was deeply concerned by what I witnessed – a driver operating in a completely reckless manner. They were consistently speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, running red lights, and generally displaying extremely unsafe driving habits. It’s unacceptable to operate a company vehicle with such disregard for safety and the well-being of others.” report abuse
