  “Overall, our experience with Sun and Door Trim, and specifically with John, was very disappointing. John, who handles both the CEO and scheduling roles, was consistently rude and unhelpful when addressing door issues. Despite repeated attempts to schedule repairs, he seemed unwilling to follow through, and his interactions were marked by a lack of respect. We strongly advise considering alternative providers – customer service appears to be a low priority here.” report abuse

  “I’ve never personally used this company’s services, but I was deeply concerned by what I witnessed. I observed a driver operating a company vehicle in a completely reckless manner – running red lights, swerving dangerously, cutting other cars off, and speeding excessively, at least 20 miles over the limit. It was unacceptable behavior, and frankly, driving like that in a company vehicle is simply not acceptable for business.” report abuse
