  Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience – Carney and his team did a fantastic job! From the initial sales process, Carney was so helpful and really took the time to understand what I wanted, offering great advice and recommendations to bring my vision to life. The installation was incredibly professional. They completely removed about 7 feet of my exterior wall, expertly installing a solid header beam and properly supporting the door with king and jack studs. They even moved my electrical wiring to accommodate the new layout, ensuring everything worked seamlessly. After a year, the product looks fantastic and functions perfectly. I just want to note that with extended sun exposure, it does impact the heat efficiency, which Carney was upfront about. But honestly, the aesthetics are incredible, and it’s completely transformed my backyard space by connecting it to my living room and kitchen. I would absolutely recommend them and definitely use them again. What really sets them apart is their commitment – they actually follow up to make sure the door is still adjusted correctly and everything is running smoothly. It’s reassuring to know they stand behind their product and that it’s something they genuinely care about. I’m updating with photos once the rest of my renovation is complete – just like their Instagram and website! I had a 10-foot door installed. report abuse
