“The delivery team is generally very efficient with unloading – they’ve never taken more than an hour to complete a delivery. They always park right at the docks, though it’s a bit tight for trucks to pull up.”
-
“I just wanted to send a quick note about Todd – he was fantastic! He came out to fix our new side door and not only took care of the initial issues, but he also took the time to check out our garage door. You could really tell he cares about doing a great job, and he made a huge difference with our doors.”

I was really disappointed with the parking situation. It felt incredibly inconsiderate that our recycling bin was moved without our permission, effectively blocking our driveway and preventing us from parking where we normally do. It’s completely unacceptable to create a parking spot for yourself by inconveniencing someone else. A simple knock on the door to ask would have been appreciated, and we would have been happy to find an available space. Common courtesy and respecting other people’s property is really important.

“I was very concerned by the driver’s behavior today. They displayed a complete disregard for traffic laws, including failing to yield at a stop sign, nearly causing a collision by merging into my lane, and exhibiting aggressive actions like flashing their lights and cutting me off. Finally, they ran a red light. It’s clear that whoever was driving needs to demonstrate much more responsible and courteous driving habits.”
-
“The secondary supply shop is a really busy place – it’s constantly moving with a huge range of tools and products. It seems like a demanding environment.”

“I recently used this company because they’d previously installed interior doors in my new construction home. When I needed to replace a couple of doors, I reached out to them expecting a straightforward process, but they completely blew me off. The representative told me they don’t sell directly to customers, despite having installed my original doors, which was incredibly frustrating and feels like a huge oversight. I’d definitely advise going with a different company for your door needs.”

“We were really disappointed with our experience getting the metal door fixed. The initial sound was awful, and it took an incredibly long time to get someone out here. To make matters worse, we missed several scheduled appointments, and when someone finally did arrive, Terry Hawks canceled at the last minute due to his daughter having COVID. It was frustrating to have to manage that situation ourselves. Then, after asking about a screen for the door’s large window, Terry offered one for free, but we never heard from him again despite multiple attempts to contact him. It felt like the customer service was completely unresponsive and unhelpful.”

“I can’t recommend this company if you need your warranty work done quickly or reliably. I scheduled weeks in advance and was given a 4-hour window, only for them to never show up and provide no communication. When they finally did arrive, they were two hours late and had a really poor attitude – it felt completely unprofessional.”
-
“I’ve been dealing with a recurring problem around my door – the trim has been rotting, and I believe it’s due to the threshold being installed at an awkward angle, causing water to collect and seep into the wood. I contacted Younger Brothers Door & Trim about it, but they refused to even inspect the damage, saying they were too busy with other warranty issues. Frankly, it felt like they weren’t willing to address my problem, especially considering it’s only been seven years since the original installation. While I acknowledge I should have brought it up sooner, their dismissive attitude and preoccupation with other warranty work have made me hesitant to even have them redo the door, even if I were to pay for the repair myself.”
-
“I’m really pleased with the service I received from Younger Brothers. After my initial call, the representative recognized that there was a problem with my door and arranged for a technician to come out. The technician was really thorough and was able to diagnose and fix the issue – it was great that he could actually get it working properly. I appreciate Younger Brothers going the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied.”
