  Cheyenne was fantastic to work with when we got a quote for our supplies. She was incredibly responsive and got us a quote really quickly, and she patiently answered all of our questions. We were also really pleased with Trudoor’s competitive pricing and the free shipping – it’s great to find a company that offers both!   Overall, the experience with Trudoor was really positive. The building tool was fantastic for getting an initial quote quickly, and Ana was great at answering our questions. While we appreciated the speed, we did find the one-on-one Q&A sessions a little inconvenient, especially towards the end of the work week and during that holiday weekend. We really appreciated receiving a third quote so quickly when we had to make another change with our doors, and we’re now eagerly anticipating the final installation. He was incredibly responsive, answering my emails both early in the morning and late at night, and his service was truly outstanding.   I just wanted to share an incredible experience I had with Bob Rizzo at Trudoor. Honestly, I was so impressed – and a little skeptical – that customer service like this still exists! I was going through a major home remodel and desperately needed a specific product, and with the delays caused by COVID, I was really worried about getting it in time. I contacted Trudoor through their website and explained my situation. Within an hour, Bob called me! He completely understood the urgency and immediately walked me through the product details, advising me to call him back before placing the order. He even called *me* before I could call him – it was unbelievable! He got the product shipped overnight and it arrived Thursday, the day after we spoke. Because of his quick action, my contractors will finish the job before they leave tomorrow. Trudoor, you have a truly exceptional employee in Bob Rizzo.
