  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Cannon Doors & Trim. Throughout the last six months, dealing with Bill has been a truly awful experience. He became increasingly irritable and frankly, disrespectful, every time we’d contact him about our large project for a high-end home. I even witnessed him yelling at us directly, telling us to “go somewhere else” – it was completely unacceptable. As someone about to invest a significant amount of money, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect, and Bill failed miserably. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Cannon Doors & Trim to think very carefully before proceeding. I’d rather go over budget and miss deadlines than deal with that kind of behavior again. report abuse

  Overall, I had a really good experience here. They’re quick and efficient, and they have a solid selection of what I needed. The staff were also helpful and willing to answer my questions. I’d definitely recommend giving them a look – I’d rate them 4 out of 5 stars. report abuse

  I had a really negative experience with Cannon Doors and Trim. The owner, Bill, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He became very aggressive when I asked questions about my custom door order, essentially yelling at me for wanting clarification. It was completely unacceptable behavior, and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them while Bill is involved. report abuse

  Bill was really pleasant when he initially came out to give me a quote for new doors and even checked the measurements twice, which I appreciated, especially given the supply issues with the supplier in Cali due to Covid. He promised to wait until the doors were ordered before taking my old one off, and kept me updated. However, when I reached out on March 2nd to get an update, he seemed confused and suggested I hadn't contacted him, even though we’d spoken twice. He then insisted he hadn’t requested a deposit, which he hadn't – he just sent me the estimate. It was incredibly frustrating to be hung up on after a period of waiting and hoping for a solution related to the supply chain. Now I’m left scrambling to find another contractor, and it’s clear Bill’s customer service deteriorated significantly. It's a shame, as he was good initially, but the abruptness and refusal to acknowledge our previous conversations is really disappointing." report abuse
