The Phoenix location doesn’t exist, and the website is incredibly outdated and difficult to use – there’s no way to filter products, so it’s a huge waste of time. When I called to get help, the people I spoke with seemed uninterested in finding a solution and frankly, made me feel like I was bothering them.
